Abstract
In the present investigation a strategic planning model was carried out, which was applied in a management process in the organization, which was implemented in the Project Evaluation and Review Techniques (Pert) model which was implemented in order to determine the time of completion of the project, to avoid downtime and increase the productivity of the activities that are carried out in organizations when structuring their organizations to increase productivity.
