Abstract
Non-surgical approach should be considered for the management of large periapical lesions because surgical treatment of large periapical lesions can cause various complications thus all inflammatory periapical lesions first should be treated with nonsurgical procedures. Present case series shows osseous regeneration by using non-surgical approach.
