In this paper, a modified hybrid conjugate gradient algorithm is proposed for solving unconstrained
optimization problems, which avoid the drawbacks of PRP and FR. The global convergence of this method is established
under strong Wolfe line search conditions. The numerical results show that the proposed method is effective.

The purpose of this study is to establish a beautiful and simple operated examination question database system
that meets the requirements for complex formats such as scientific and technological symbols and the needs of different
disciplines. Aiming at this, combining with batch processing mode for texts of Founder bookmaker system, sample files
that conform to syntax norms of Founder system are stored in the examination question tables. Then, examination paper
tables satisfying requirements of all disciplines are generated in the double-scan mode and the examination papers
generated are proof files of Founder system. It is convenient to browse, print and output these files. Therefore, this
examination question database has strong generalization

This study covers development of batch (holding) pasteurization equipment, in this method every milk particle
is heated to at least 63°C and held for at least 30 minutes. The frame analysis was performed using computer aided
design simulation software. The frame parts were modelled and assembled before being exported to the frame simulation
environment to check the strength and the level of deformation on the frame. Material indices were derived for energy
efficient soya milk batch pasteurizer to determine materials that can resist yielding and rusty condition when exposed to
various working environment. Based on the material indices derived, CES software 2013 was used to generate graphs
showing materials with adequate thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, specific heat capacity, density, yield strength
and cost property. Considering the performance criterion, stainless steel and low carbon steel was favoured. The
maximum von misses stress on the frame is 102.7Mpa, this value is less than the yield strength of the material of 322.5.
Analysis of Variance for heat flow (Q) was carried out and the "Pred R-Squared" of 97.55% is in reasonable agreement
with the "Adj R-Squared" of 99.46%.

In the construction market, it is very difficult to obtain the private information of project management units
which have uneven aptitude for the government. In order to reduce the government’s risk caused by adverse selection in
bidding, cut the loss because of the violations of the agent in the process of project construction, and prevent the decision
failure because of the malfeasance of supervision department in government regulation, this paper carries on the game
analysis through establishing an including uncertainty complete and imperfect information dynamic model, and analyzes
the critical factors which have an great effect on the agent market. The result shows that the government should regulate
the supervision policy of agent construction system from the aspects of developing the credibility of threat, decreasing
the implementation cost of advanced technology and management experience, reducing the expect to agent construction
project about unqualified project management units, and government self-improvement.

Power grid equipment is the guarantee of the safe and stable operation of power grids, selecting rational power
grid equipment suppliers is the focus of power grid enterprise. In order to select the equipment supplier for grid
enterprises more objectively and comprehensively, this paper proposes a power grid equipment supplier selection method
based on cloud model and hesitant linguistic information, considering the compensation effect among indicators. First,
this paper builds an evaluation index system of the equipment supplier selection. Next, using the hesitant linguistic
information with credibility to describe the indicators information, and carrying on the transformation by using cloud
model, the results of the supplier evaluation indicators can be gained. Finally, through the compensation effect among the
indicators, the evaluation results are aggregated. The proposed method can improve scientifically the power grid
equipment supplier selection evaluation system, and make the power grid enterprises choose a more reasonable selection
of equipment suppliers.

In recent years, GPS, GLONASS and other global navigation satellite systems (Galileo, BeiDou, IRNSS,
QZSS) are widely used in both civilian and military applications for navigation, positioning, distance measurement,
missile guidance, time synchronization and other applications. However, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo etc. signals are very
weak and easily fall under the influence of radio frequency interference. Suppression GPS, GLONASS, Galileo etc.
signals can have different types, intentional or not intentional. The paper presents a comprehensive definition of the
weighting coefficients of adaptive spatial filtering algorithm based on conjugate gradient method. A distinctive feature of
this model is the use of quasi-Newton method for finding the minimum objective function – conjugate gradient method;
it can significantly reduce the computational cost of the calculation, while ensuring a given level of noise suppression.
The research of potential characteristics of the adaptive interference compensator while suppressing to three interferences
showed that the adaptive compensator allows doing the noise suppression for amount of interferences with the level of no
worse than 40 dB.
