The medium discrete event simulation of business processes of the enterprise warehouse shopping package
Any Logic was selected which provides the best tool for making management decisions. To create a simulation model of
the warehouse made the following list of activities: description of the warehouse, the definition of roles, the description
of the main business processes, define key indicators and parameters, model creation, experimentation and optimization,
analysis and interpretation of research results. According to the results of simulation warehouse we found the best
solution to take the appropriate management decisions to improve the efficiency of business processes, consideration of
commercial enterprise.

At present, the application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is widely used in daily life, but it can easily lead to
destruction if the UAV once out of control. Based on ARM processor, we design a three-rotor rotorcraft with a spherical
appearance. The rotor and other components of the aircraft are placed inside the shell, which played a good protection for
the UAV. The corresponding hardware and software are designed so that the UAV can realize the following functions, such
as automatic and manual flight, with good maneuverability and crashproof performance. This design can maximize the
prevention of UAV crash and meet the design requirements, which is relatively a new form of UAV.

In the modern context, Information and Communications Technology can be simply defined as a collection of
technologies that assist in storing, processing, dissemination and communication of data or information or both. Thus it
includes technologies like hardware and software peripherals which are connected to the internet with the intention of
fulfilling the function of communication and information processing. On the other hand, Agriculture is playing a major
role in the economy of developing countries like Sri Lanka. Therefore the need to uplift the development of Agriculture
is very important. E-Agriculture is a one of such concept that is playing an important part in the enhancement of
processes involved in Agriculture. The major role of ICT in Agriculture is its potentiality to aid a wide access to
information that will support knowledge sharing and decision making. The usage of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) in Agriculture is growing day by day. Within the recent past, probably within a decade, the attitude of
farmers towards the accession of agricultural information has changed due to the rapid emergence of networking and ICT
technologies. With this emergency, the use of ICT in Agriculture is also increasing day by day.

A new model of facility location problem referred to as a facility location problem with diverse type of
customers was proposed. The problem can be described as follows: There is a set of clients and a set of potential sites
where facilities of uncapacitated can be set up. Each client demands to be satisfied by a set of facilities depending on
which products it needs of the model, and one facility can be set up to supply only one product. Suppose that these
facilities considered are relatively centralized ,under the assumption that the setting costs is zero and the shipping costs
are in facilities centered metric space, it shows that the problem is NP-complete when k=2. Furthermore, an
approximation algorithm is presented, worst case performance ratio was proved to be below 2-1/k for any integer k.

This paper is concerning the quality management in the two different private Erbil hospitals. The reason
behind choosing this topic and those two different private hospitals is that they both are in same environment of
practicing same obligation; however, both are totally different from each other. Therefore this paper is examines the
quality management and the service in those two different hospitals in terms of productivity, quality, registry and its
responsibility. During about more than five visits to each hospital and interviewing managers, employees and its patients
the concepts of their management of capturing the essence to the service provided and quality management in both
hospitals observed clearly. The quality management of the private hospital in general was very different from other
hospital. One of the main reasons behind this was lack of quality principles in this hospital. Hence, comparing it to the
service provided at the private hospital, except for that they both are private hospitals the majority of the other features
were massively is in contradictory.
