The subject of this experimental report is the application of nano particles in petroleum refinement. Sulfur
removal from petroleum using mixed bed which contains nano molybdenum oxide and nano cobalt oxide, each of them
in 50 volume percentage, is considered in this study. The properties related to the process characterization which is
defined as X factor and pressure drop, are evaluated experimentally. Catalyst diameter, bed diameter, bed height,
temperature and pressure, superficial velocity is changed and the effect of these on the value of X factor is obtained to
present the optimum operational and geometrical parameters.

Finding the properties of crude oil after addition of nano particle is considered in this work. Results are shown
in Figures indicate on the positive effect of nano particles in the oil sweetening processes. The amount of H2S removal
increases about 0.19 and 0.11 for both oil types of heavy and light, respectively. Temperature varies in range of 80 C to
120 C and pressure is adjusted between 50 atm to 250 atm. Addition of nano particle shows the decrease in the amount of
viscosity about 70% and 50% for light and heavy oil, respectively. However, nano particle in oil doesn't improve the
recovery percentage and also asphalting precipitation. Due to the results, the optimums of properties can be evaluated.
Ultimately, the experimental results show the effect of addition of nano particle in the percentage of oil recovery versus
the input energy for sample A and sample B, respectively.

Aiming at the problems of the slow convergence speed of general partial binary tree support vector machine
(SVM) classifier and the fault samples easy to accumulate caused by complete binary tree and partial binary tree SVM
classifier. The thesis proposes a multi-category classification method based on the unbalanced binary tree support vector
machine (SVM),which construct a unbalanced binary tree SVM, making the easy to distinguish category can split out
step by step from the root node, and reducing the accumulated errors caused by previous classification by analyzing the
distribution of sample space. The results show that, comparing this method with the method of complete- and partialbinary tree ,an unbalanced binary tree SVM built in this paper has a strong ability of autonomous learning, and can easily
distinguish separate classes first, thus improving classification accuracy.

GFRP tube reinforced concrete column is a new type of composite column. In this paper, finite element
analysis of three kinds of concrete strength grades is carried out by ANSYS finite element software, the influence of
concrete strength grade under axial compression on the mechanical properties of GFRP steel reinforced concrete columns
was studied. The results show that with the increase of the concrete strength grade, the bearing capacity of the structure
is enhanced, but the ductility is deteriorated.

Niuhuangtuo Oilfield X block after years of water injection development has been in the stage of high water
extraction. In order to improve the oil field development effect and improve the recovery rate, it is necessary to find the
remaining oil exploitation potential. Based on the characteristics of reservoirs and the combination of geological
modeling and numerical simulation, the remaining oil distribution in the study area is studied. Based on the analysis of
drilling, earthquake and logging, the petrel modeling software is used to complete the geological model And the
development of the block geological reserves, water content and single well production history, have reached a high
precision, can be more realistic to restore the oil field development. The results show that the residual oil in the study
area is mainly affected by the factors such as sedimentary microfacies, microstructural high point, fault occlusion and
blocking. From the longitudinal point of view, the remaining oil is mainly concentrated in N12, N21 and N31 layers; the
plane is mainly distributed in the fault edge, micro-amplitude construction high point, the river sand.

The current registration and payment processes for the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme is semiautomated if not completely manual. Students have to queue at the Student’s Industrial Work Experience Scheme
(SIWES) unit of their institutions to carry out registration. Thereafter, students still have to wait for couple weeks before
he or she could have access to placement letter. At the end of the industrial training exercise, students will have to join a
long queue and cluster at the bursary unit of their institutions for days waiting for the disbursement of their stipends from
Industrial Training Fund (ITF). This system is drudgery, crude, time consuming, error prone and inimical to the 21st
century technological innovation. The aim of this work is to design and implement a web-based SIWES registration and
repayment system for students, Institutional and SiWES based supervisors. The objective is to implement a database for
storing the record of students on industrial training exercise; develop software that will ease supervision, student’s
placement and ensure prompt payments of students and supervisors allowances to their respective accounts. This work
adopted the Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) approach with the Structured System Analysis and Design
Methodology (SSADM).

Public infrastructure has obvious public welfare, social than economic benefits, in the same time, the
construction of the huge initial investment alone operating income during the irreparable. Therefore, it is necessary to
introduce market competition mechanism in the construction of public infrastructure, and broaden the financing channels
and the development of a wide range of investors. Private enterprises to participate in the construction of public
infrastructure is a good way, it can effectively alleviate the shortage of construction funds situation.

An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is a system that tries to perform intrusion detection by comparing
observable behaviour against suspicious patterns. The objective of intrusion detection is to monitor network resources
and to detect abnormal and irregular behaviours and abuses. This concept has been around for the past several years but
only recently it has seen a dramatic rise in interest of researchers and system developers for incorporation into the overall
information security infrastructure. This survey gives the overall study about the IDS, its nature and techniques, tools
used in the area of intrusion detection. Finally the survey gives the real-time working performance of top selected
Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention tools. This paper helps in analysing and evaluating of various IDS tools
used in high-speed networks.

The problem of the sound reception by means of cylindrical transducer in the circular layer is considered in
"through" formulation. Electroelastic properties of piezoceramic shell and the transition layer was taken into account in
the solution of declared problem. Features of formation of the amplitude frequency characteristics of the sensitivity of
piezoceramic receiving transducer with a wave layer are considered for different material layer. The interaction of
elasticity cylindrical shell layer and associated mass of the environmental, as well as multimode oscillation system are
provided the control parameters of the frequency response sensitivity of a cylindrical transducer.
