The Padmakar-Ivan (PI) index is a Wiener-Szeged-like topological index which reflects certain structural
features of organic molecules. Each structural feature of such organic molecule can be expressed as a graph. In this
paper, we study the weighted vertex PI indices for some special graphs, such as Ir (Fn), Ir(Wn),
~Fn
,
~
Wn , Ir(
~Fn
) and Ir(

Wn ).

The flipped classroom is a new teaching method which has been widely praised in recent years, but it was
rarely used in the public art education curriculum. The current situation, the nature, the function and the defects of the
development of public art education curriculum, were described in the article, a application mode of the flipped
classroom in the public art education curriculum based on the mico class was put forward combining with the
development of the flipped classroom and the micro class characteristics, and a new idea would be provided to China's
current art education curriculum reform of non art major.

The objective of designing drilling slurry for extreme and deep environment (HPHT wells) is to develop high
performance drilling fluid system in well bore to achieve zonal isolation. The primary objective of drilling slurry is to
improve rheological properties and displacement efficiency of drilling fluid system. Oil well slurries depend on its
homogeneity of additive concentrations, quality and quantity to contribute the placement and success of a well drilling
cementing operation. This experimental research investigated the High Performance Drilling Fluid System (HPDFS).
This watery drilling slurry is prepared with adding ferric oxidenano particles into 21% silica foam to observe the
rheological properties at different concentrations of nano particle. Results indicate the prevention effect of Nano particles
in the amount of yield stress with temperatures in range of 20 C to 80 C. The decrease of 10% and 6% in the amount of
plastic viscosity and apparent viscosity is observed, respectively.

The study investigated the air drying characteristics of aerial yam in a fabricated air dryer within a temperature
range of 50 to 70°C. Prior to drying, the sample was divided into two portions; one part was boiled at 100°C for 20min
and the other part left fresh. The drying data was fitted to twelve well-known thin layer drying models. Among the
models used, the Midilli et al.,Verma et al., Diffusion Approach, Wang and Singh, Parabolic and Simplified Fick’s
Diffusion models were found to be the best models to predict the moisture ratio values during the drying process with
high capability. The effective moisture diffusivity was found to vary between the range of 1.401 ×10-10 m2/s to 6.720 x
10-10 m2/s for the fresh yam slabs and 7.223 x 10-11 m2/s and 2.306 x 10-10 m2/s for the boiled yam slabs over the
temperature range of 50 to 70°C. The values for activation energy were 28.42kJ/mol, 30.33kJ/mol for fresh yam samples
of thicknesses of 0.5cm and 1cm respectively, whereas the values for boiled yam were 6.77kJ/mol and 15.37kJ/mol for
slabs of 1cm and 0.5cm thicknesses respectively. Pre-treating the aerial yam by boiling will be beneficial in the
optimisation of processing method for the Dioscorea bulbifera.

Effect of boiling, thickness (0.5 and 1cm) and temperature on drying time of Dioscorea bulbifera was
investigated in a fabricated hot air drier at a temperature range of 50 -70°C. . The drying process was conducted in
triplicates and average values recorded. The average moisture ratio was used to plot the drying characteristics curves for
the temperature range studied with dimensionless moisture ratio against drying time. Drying took place mainly in the
falling rate period whiles increased slab thickness influenced drying time for both the boiled and fresh yam slabs at all
temperatures. Boiling was shown to have led to a decrease in the rate of moisture movement which led to increase in
drying time of the yam slice at both thicknesses (0.5, 1cm). Drying time subsequently reduced with increase in hot air
temperature. 70°C is therefore recommended for drying aerial yam. These results will provide food processors with
information to determine the best processing conditions for the dioscorea bulbifera which will finally lead to elimination
of waste.

In this paper it’s proposed to use the parameter of information security risk in the formula of EIGRP protocol
metric calculation to route the traffic by the most secure paths in the network. The method proposes to calculate the risk
on the basis of two risk parameters: the risk, which is calculated to the basis of the NIST CVSS standard and the risk
calculated on the basis of formula for the degree of node vulnerability from the theory of information systems
survivability. It lets to consider and the information security of routed packets and the structural integrity of the network.
Also it’s proposed the modified algorithm of load balancing between paths that let to offload the most efficient routing
node while the network is under the denial of service (DoS) attack. The results of the research shows that the proposed
approach can be used to increase the chance of prevention of the information security violation of routed packets and to
keep safe the most efficient routing nodes in the network that allow to route the trusted traffic in efficient manner while
the network is under DoS attack or lack critical system resources.

This paper described the development of Smart Breast Milk Incubator. It is a portable container for breast milk
storage. The container is mainly use for all working mothers to help their problem to keep their breast feeding milk
quality in a good condition. This device has many benefits such as it has cold and hot temperature mode as well as it can
be carry anywhere because of its small design and can be rechargeable. The idea of the development of this device is due
to the fact of the problem facing by working mother to breast feeding their babies because of their work and time
constraint at their workplace. Most mothers send their babies at nursery and keep their babies until end of office hours
that makes the breast feed become. Therefore, this device is designed to ease all mothers to store breast milk in a long
time and the babies could continuous benefits through it. It fully utilized the capability of thermoelectric cooler that could
function as a cooler and heater for breast milk storage.
